Brightlightz next day service....
At the time of writing we are the only UK lighting company offering a free next day service on all items purchased, it is something we offer as we know the majority of online shoppers want their purchase to arrive as soon as possible.
We aim to deliver any order placed online the next working day but this excludes weekends and bank holidays, our daily cut off is 1pm so please bear this in mind.
The majority of orders are delivered next day as promised but once an item leaves our premises with the delivery courier it is out of our hands and delays can occasionally happen for reasons such as:
Delay with the courier
Loss of package
Royal Mail Strike
Undeliverable address
All of the above are extremely rare but please take these points into account in the unlikely event your package doesn’t arrive. One thing we can guarantee is the fact that your item will be dispatched on the date of purchase if purchased before 1pm and a tracking number can always be provided.
