Home page
You can return to our homepage any time by clicking on the homepage link which appears in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Category bar
This is located on the left hand side of the screen and contains all of our main categories, once you have selected a main category you will see a grid of all items in this category. If you would like to narrow your search then please click the blue subcategory boxes in the middle of the page and this should help you find what you require.
Search box
The search box is always at the top right of every page, you can search by key words such as the product type, or the product code to easily find what you are looking for.
Your basket
The number of items in your basket can always be seen at the top right hand side of the screen. To see what you have in your basket you can click the “MY BASKET” link. In your basket it will show the product description, quantity, price, total and the option to remove any item(s). Below product details your basket will show you the item(s) subtotal and will then give you a total price. As we offer a free delivery service there will be no additional charges when you proceed to the check out.
Checkout
Once you have reached the checkout and entered your details you have the option of various payment options such as WorldPay or Paypal. Once you have completed payment with your preferred method you will receive an email confirming the purchase with an order number and expected delivery date.
